We encourage you to make the most of this retreat by not scheduling any activities the week of your retreat
Upon registering, you will receive a confirmation email (this will NOT contain login information for the retreat, this login will come the week before the retreat)
Instructions and login credentials to access the retreat portal will be emailed the week prior to the event
Check your “Junk”, “Spam”, “Promotions” and “Trash” folders if you are unable to locate the email with your login credentials the week before the event
Once inside the virtual retreat portal, you will be able to access the workbook and additional resources to make the most of your retreat experience
The pre-recorded talks will remain locked until the event begins
Access to the Retreat Portal will expire on Monday, September 11th at 11:59 PM
At this time, the retreat does not include 1:1 prayer ministry
Full refunds up to 30 days prior to the event (less a processing fee of approximately 3%).
No refunds are provided within 30 days of the event.
For parish-hosted weekend events, virtual and livestream events, cancellations less than 30 days are eligible for a credit which can be applied to a future JPII Healing Center event.
For weeklong events, cancellations less than 7 days are not eligible for a refund (this is due to the non-refundable deposits made to venues, vendors, etc).
No refunds/credits will be provided after any event has begun (i.e. no refunds/credits during/after the event).
