Special Online Mini-Retreat! January 2, 9, 16, 23, & 30, 2019
Closer to the Kingdom: Connecting and Belonging to God
The re-emergence of scandal in the Church has impacted almost every Catholic. Disappointment, hopelessness, betrayal and anger have become commonplace in this experience.
This special online mini-retreat will pay particular attention to this difficult season in the Church – through the lens of connecting and belonging more deeply to God in intimate relationship. We’re going to unpack tough questions, like, “How do I get past the pain?” “Is it possible to have hope when everything around me looks dark?” “Where is God?” “Where do we go from here?”
We will draw nearer to the very heart of God. It is our intimacy with Jesus, knowing Him, and knowing his promises that will save our hearts in this hour, and will bring about the restoration and rebuilding of His Church.
You’ll learn to build joy, hope and an expectant faith that are sustainable and fruitful. Based in the scriptures and Church teaching, you’ll gain insight into your identity as a beloved child of God, how He speaks uniquely to you, and His desire for your life.
