JPII Healing Center livestream events are streamed from the physical location where an in-person event is being held. The livestream events can be viewed around in the world at anytime. Join us!

GENERAL LIVESTREAM EVENT QUESTIONS

Yes! Absolutely. God can heal from anywhere and many amazing testimonies have been shared with us of people who had profound encounters viewing the livestream. Click here for more information on the livestream experience.

You do not have to follow the in-person event schedule and you may begin to watch at any time during the 2-week video access period (4-week access for Unveiled Couples Retreat). While participants may watch the live event via the streaming videos, the conferences can be also experienced like a self-paced online retreat which can be paused or rewound. Additionally, the recorded livestreamed sessions are available for two weeks after the event. Please refer to the event page for your particular event for an exact expiration date of the videos (typically the second Monday after the event at 11:59 PM ET)

The sessions are shown in the time zones of the physical location of the in-person event. Please check the event page to determine the location of the event and the time zone.

There is no circumstance where we are able to extend the viewing watch-time of the livestream videos. The watch times are pre-set and immoveable once the event begins.

Yes! All in-person registrations come with a complimentary coupon code which allows you to register for the livestream version of that event for free. The coupon code will be included in your confirmation email for the in-person event. You must register for the in-person event in advance to receive this complimentary access coupon code.

Yes, you may register more than one person at a time for livestream events. Fill out the registration form and, when you have finished one person’s registration, simply click the button that says “Add Another Registration” to register the next person. All charges will be on the same credit card.

No, access to the livestream videos is limited to one device at a time. Sharing access is not permitted. See below.

No, your registration for this conference is a Single User License per our Terms of Use Guidelines, so each person must register individually to participate in this conference.  Additionally, the access code you received is unique and cannot be used concurrently on more than one device.  We thank you in advance for honoring this policy.

WATCHING THE LIVESTREAM

On the livestream access page, which becomes available the week of the event, you will find a “Download” tab where the workbook can be downloaded to your device. We recommend printing a hardcopy for use throughout the retreat. Day of Equipping does not have a workbook.

Casting the livestream from your device is considered one stream and is therefore supported functionally. JPII Healing Center is not able to provide technical support for this option.

Upon registering, you will immediately receive a confirmation email which includes a link to access the livestream event. The livestream access page will remain locked until the Monday of the event week. On that Monday, the livestream access page will become available to view. You will also receive a reminder email on that same Monday with the link to log in to the livestream.

You will need three things to attend a livestreamed event.

  1. An internet connection
  2. A purchased registration to access the event
  3. A device to view the event

TROUBLE WITH ACCESS

  1. You will need your email confirmation – it has your Access Code and event link.
  2. Can’t find your email confirmation? First check your spam, junk, trash and/or promotions folders. If not in your folders, see question #16
  3. Download and print the workbook in advance.*
  4. Prepare a quiet place free of interruptions to view the event.

*Day of Equipping does not have a workbook.

  1. Go to the original event page registration where you purchased your ticket/access.
  2. Tap “Click to Register for Livestream” and select “Already Registered”​ at the top of the page.
  3. Select “Lost your code?” and enter the email address used to register
  4. Your Access Code will be emailed to you.
  5. If you don’t have access to the email address that was used to register, you will need to reach out to the person who registered for the event.

Please confirm that the Access Code you entered is correct by referencing your email confirmation. If you are entering the correct access code, contact info@jpiihealingcenter.org  to get your Access Code reset.

The quality of your playback experience is largely dependent on how your internet service provider connects to the streamers playback servers. Please keep in mind that your internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to: time of day, Wi-Fi performance, other devices/users utilizing your connection, and the strength of the signal provided by your Internet Service Provider.

  • Full refunds up to 30 days prior to the event (less a processing fee of approximately 3%).
  • No refunds are provided within 30 days of the event.
  • For parish-hosted weekend events, virtual and livestream events, cancellations less than 30 days are eligible for a credit which can be applied to a future JPII Healing Center event.
  • For weeklong events, cancellations less than 14 days are not eligible for a refund (this is due to the non-refundable deposits made to venues, vendors, etc).
  • No refunds/credits will be provided after any event has begun (i.e. no refunds/credits during/after the event).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Registrations are not transferable between persons or events.
  • This event is for attendees 18 years old and older.
  • By attending this event, you consent to any photographs and/or video footage that may be taken for promotional, commercial, or distributional purposes.
  • By registering for this event, you are agreeing to the terms of the informed consent policy which can be found here.
